Built for your business before we ever speak. The four reports are the evidence. The roadmap is the point. All of it yours, free.

  • 02AI Search Readiness ReportWhat ChatGPT and Google's AI say about you versus your competitors. Almost no local business has seen this about themselves.$249
  • 03Website & Booking Health CheckSpeed, mobile, and every point where a ready-to-buy visitor gives up before booking.$249
  • 04Reputation & Reviews ReportYour review count, rating, and pace against the competitors winning your market, and what's driving the gap.$249

Why free? I run Tekton Digital, a growth consultancy for local service businesses in Ontario, and I'd rather show you the work than tell you about it. Right now I build one for every business that applies: I'm small enough that I can, and I'd rather spend the time on real work than on ads. Some owners who get a Blueprint hire us to run it. Most don't, and that's fine: the plan is yours either way.

How it works
1

Send your application. A short form about your business and where you want it to go. No call to book. The more you tell me, the more accurate I can make yours. I read every one myself.

2

I build your Blueprint. Over the following days I run the four reports and write the roadmap, all specific to your business and your area. You do nothing, and it's yours to keep.

3

If it's a fit, we talk. The Blueprint is yours either way. If your plan looks like something worth walking through together, I keep a few 75-minute sessions open each month. What you do next is up to you: run it yourself, keep me on for strategy, or have us build it.

Who it's for
I build a Blueprint for any real local service business that asks. Here is who gets the most from one.
A Blueprint makes sense if you're
  • A local service business: trades like HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing, or a clinic like physio, massage or chiro
  • Established and good at the work, with the reviews or reputation to show it
  • Actually wanting more work, or better-paying work, than you're getting
  • Open to fixing what the research finds, whoever ends up doing the fixing
It's not the right fit if you're
  • Just starting out with no track record yet
  • Fully booked for the next year and want to stay that size
  • Looking for someone to argue with a report they got for free
  • Outside Ontario (for now)
Common questions
What's the catch?

There isn't one, but there is a reason. Tekton is a young consultancy and the Blueprint is how I earn a hearing: do the work first, free, and let it speak. If yours shows problems we could fix together, I'll tell you what that would look like, once, plainly, at the end of the session. If you say no, that's the end of it and the plan is still yours.

Is it really this valuable, or are the numbers inflated?

The values are what I'd invoice for the same work sold on its own. The Growth Roadmap in particular is the kind of prioritized 12-month plan owners pay four figures for. Inside the Blueprint you're getting all of it free because I'm choosing to spend my marketing budget on doing work for you instead of running ads at you.

What if I want to run the plan myself?

Then run it. The roadmap is written so you can: plain language, priorities in order, no dependence on me. Some owners do exactly that and I consider it a win. Good work travels.

Do you really do this for everyone?

Right now, yes. Tekton is young, and I would rather earn a hearing by doing the work than by running ads. So every real local service business that applies gets a Blueprint, free. The one thing that is limited is my time: the 75-minute session afterward is for owners where it looks like a genuine fit, and I keep only a few open each month.
