What does it actually cost?
It starts free: the Growth Engine Blueprint, including the full 12-month roadmap, is free for every business that applies. From there, your monthly seat is covered by our results-before-retainer guarantee: if we don't hit an agreed 90-day target, you pay no retainer until we do. You only step up when the last step is paying off. See exactly what a seat costs for your business on the
packages page.
What if it doesn't work?
You see the entire plan, with real findings and costed fixes, before you spend anything. After that, every month you get a plain-English report tied to real numbers, calls answered, jobs booked, reviews earned. If something isn't moving, we change it.
How fast will I see results?
The foundation goes live in weeks, and some wins land early: missed-call text-back, more reviews, showing up on the map. The compounding ones, like ranking and repeat revenue, build over the months after. We are honest about the timeline on the call rather than promising overnight magic.
Do I actually own everything?
Yes. The website, the brand, and the systems are yours. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it. We would rather earn the next month than lock you into something you cannot take with you.
Why you, and not a big agency or a cheap freelancer?
You work with Dan directly, not a junior or a call centre. We are local, we take on a small number of clients so each gets real attention, and we do not build a site and disappear. We take a seat at your table and run the growth with you.
What's the catch with the free Blueprint?
There isn't one, but there is a reason. Tekton is a young consultancy and the Blueprint is how Dan earns a hearing: do the work first, free, and let it speak. If yours shows problems we could fix together, he'll tell you what that would look like, once, plainly, at the end of the session. If you say no, that's the end of it and the plan is still yours.
Is the Blueprint really this valuable, or are the numbers inflated?
The values are what Dan would invoice for the same work sold on its own. The Growth Roadmap in particular is the kind of prioritized 12-month plan owners pay four figures for. You're getting all of it free because Tekton is choosing to spend its marketing budget doing work for you instead of running ads at you.
What if I want to run the plan myself?
Then run it. The roadmap is written so you can: plain language, priorities in order, no dependence on us. Some owners do exactly that and we consider it a win. Good work travels.
Do you really give a free Blueprint to everyone?
Right now, yes. Tekton is young, and we would rather earn a hearing by doing the work than by running ads. So every real local service business that applies gets a Blueprint, free. The one thing that is limited is time: the 75-minute session afterward is for owners where it looks like a genuine fit, and we keep only a few open each month.
